Monday Homestretch

Markets all higher today.  Nice to see a little follow through after the DOW finished its best week since March.  Most of the chatter outside of geopolitics has been over net neutrality and the Bitcoin hack.  But everyone still holding their breath in front of meeting tonight between Donnie and Kim, especially after Trump recently turned the G7 into the G6 plus him.

Trump commentary in front of the pow-wow in Singapore has him as cocky as ever, but should probably keep in mind he is sitting down with a guy who has ordered execution by rocket launcher on more than one occasion.

Little closer to home, I scoured the police blotter, and it looks like yesterday’s annual Puerto Rican Day Parade here in NYC came and went without much hullabaloo.  Democratic gubernatorial hopeful and former “Sex And The City” co-star Cynthia Nixon, who is running on a pro-Puerto Rico platform, was a no show, but I can’t imagine she was missed.  Instead she was campaigning in Rochester with the rest of the pale white people.

My uncle, who lives on the parade route takes Xanax every year during the parade… For Hispanic attacks.

I heard an interesting tidbit on Barstool Breakfast Radio this morning.  Francis said that someone paid $66 million for the rights to Justify’s semen, and that each load could fetch up to $200K per.

I just did the math, and if every 5 samples is a million bucks… times 66… That’s 330 loads they will have to peddle before covering their original nut (literally), and then the rest is gravy (literally again… thick white gravy).

I like how everyone in this video is wearing helmets.

It’s news items like this that prompt me to say that I think starting tomorrow I am going to religiously tune in and get all my info each morning from Barstool Breakfast Radio, from 7-9AM on Sirius Channel 85.  It is equal parts informative and entertaining.

On an unrelated note, I am co-hosting Barstool Breakfast Radio tomorrow from 7-9AM on Sirius Channel 85… Maybe take a day off, and listen with your kids.  Get some bagels, and make a couple egg creams.  Suppose to be a very slow day at your work, from what I understand.

Take a report.
