Tank Cooks Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients:
- Chuck Roast
- Mississippi Pot Roast
- Packet Au jus gravy mix
- Butter
- Cubanelle Peppers
- Carrots
- Beef Broth
Directions:
- Place and season the chuck roast in the bottom of your crock pot.
- Sprinkle the Mississippi Pot Roast and au jus mixes over the top of the roast.
- Add the butter and peppers.
- Add Beef Broth
- Place the lid on top and cook over low heat for 8 hours or more.
- At the 6-hour mark, add carrots
- Drain the broth and put it on the stovetop to make gravy.
