Tank Cooks Mississippi Pot Roast

Ingredients:

  • Chuck Roast 
  • Mississippi Pot Roast 
  • Packet Au jus gravy mix 
  • Butter 
  • Cubanelle Peppers 
  • Carrots 
  • Beef Broth

Directions:

  1. Place and season the chuck roast in the bottom of your crock pot. 
  2. Sprinkle the Mississippi Pot Roast and au jus mixes over the top of the roast. 
  3. Add the butter and peppers.
  4. Add Beef Broth 
  5. Place the lid on top and cook over low heat for 8 hours or more. 
  6. At the 6-hour mark, add carrots 
  7. Drain the broth and put it on the stovetop to make gravy.
