Tank Cooks Flamin' Hot Cheetos Korean Corn Dog

 Ingredients:

  • Hot Dogs 
  • Eggs
  • Milk 
  • Baking Powder 
  • Sugar 
  • Corn Dog or Corn Meal Mix
  • Long Wooden Skweres 
  • Flamin' Hot Cheetos 
  • Accent, Salt, and Pepper to Taste

Directions 

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy skillet to 375°F. 
  2. In a bowl, combine Accent (of course), cornmeal, finely crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, sugar, salt, pepper, and baking powder. 
  3. Stir in eggs, milk, and red food coloring. 
  4. Take corn dog sticks and slide one hot dog onto each one. 
  5. Transfer the corn dog batter to a tall glass and dip the corn dogs one by one into the batter. 
  6. Fry corn dogs in batches for 4 minutes or until golden brown. 
  7. Drain on paper towels and serve with mustard or your preferred corn dog accompaniment.
