Season meat and sit at room temperature for two hours
Cover Prime Rib with butter and spices, and cook in the basket for at 375 degrees.
Aim for 115 to 120°F for medium rare (125 to 130°F after resting), or 125 to 130°F for medium (135 to 140°F after resting). And remember, a roast will continue to rise by 5 to 10°F as it rests. Let stand for 15 minutes after cooking.
