Mintzy ran his 10k this weekend in 1:00:35, which was 36 seconds longer than he needed to do it in. But it did spark some interesting conversation. Of the Yak cast, consensus was only that KB and probably Rone could run a sub-10 minute mile. 

Big Cat took offense to that and said everyone should be able to do that, including him.
