Add Spice Ingredients: Salt, Oregano, Basil, Black Pepper, Onion, Garlic, Parsley, and Bay Leaf to 3 cups of Beef Broth and Bring to a roaring boil. Slice 3-5lb beef into 5 or 6 chunks and place in crockpot, covering it with one jar of J.P. Graziano Gardenia
When Broth is boiling, baptize the beef in the crockpot and cover for 8 hours, without opening the lid. Serve on rolls with cheese of choice (Mozzarella, Swiss, or Provolone recommended)
Spoon juice and gardenia on to roll to soak bread, place cheese on bread before meet and let rest 2 mins for melting.
