The Beauty That Is The Patty Melt Simply Needs To Be On More Menus

You heard me. Patty Melts are awesome. In the grand scheme of things they're basically just the burger version of a grilled cheese and who in their right mind would not want just a burger version of a grilled cheese? Crazy people...That's who. So having this one made me realize why the hell aren't these godsends on more menus? It seems like they're a mainstay on diner menus & that's about it so I'd just like to make it clear that if I ever start a burger restaurant....I WILL have a kickass patty melt on the menu.
