It's Not Everyday You Experience A Tomato Aoili But By God Was It Tasty
I'm the world's biggest fan of aioli's. They absolutely dominate every dish they're in and rightfully so. By definition it's a simple sauce-type thing of flavored mayonnaise which fucks. Garlic aiolis are awesome. Truffle aiolis make you feel affluent as possible. Mustard aiolis really rev my engine. And of course chipotle aioli is the king when it comes to the aioli family...just undefeated. But a tomato aioli? That's something these tastebuds have never really come across and BOY am I happy they did. I didn't expect it to be all too great since I don't obsess over tomatoes, I just tolerate them. I am glad to say I was wrong. Awesome stuff. Long live the art that is aiolis.
