The Look of Pain In Her Opponent’s Eyes Is What Keeps The First Woman To Fight In The UFC Going

I got to sit down with the first woman to ever step into the octagon to fight. She made history with Ronda Rousey and while her former opponent has long since retired, Liz is still grinding over a decade later. She started pro fighting an INSANE 4 months after she started training. She credits her experiences as a Marine as what helped her with a fighter’s mentality and her ability to work through pain.

Liz is fantastic and you should watch her fight on Friday night on Showtime. Bellator has some good ones tomorrow.
