I've Said It Once And I'll Say It Again I Don't Understand Why Seafood Places Make Such Good Burgers
Why is this a thing? WHY! I've actually been told one reason and I do think it's a great point and that's that seafood places generally have fantastic chefs which would then translate over to great seafood which IN TURN would translate over to great burgers. Add that with a little mayo and spicy mustard they threw on the side and ya know what you get? A goddamn homerun. While we're here we need to normalize mustard on burgers. Thank you.
