My Belgian Friends Cooking Up A Mean $26 Burger Was Something I Did Not Expect
Some may say $26 for a burger is a tad expensive and, frankly, I agree. 26 big ones is STEEP. Now I've had my fair share of $25+ burgers in my day and some are very much worth it and some very much are not worth it. It's hit or miss due to most places either going crazy on high-end ingredients or crazy on high-end meat. This was definitely more of a crazy ingredient one, but worth it. Where else ya gonna get foie gras mousse?
