Cover Prime Rib in Ac'cent

Make Garlic butter with minced garlic and other spices of your choice. Cover both sides of the Prime Rib with garlic butter. Place into a 500-degree oven cooking 5 minutes per pound. Turn off the oven and leave it in the oven without opening the door for two hours. The residual heat will cook the Prime Rib to a perfect medium-rare. two hours, use a meat thermometer to check the temperature. If it is not above 130, cook the Prime Rib at 375 for 15 minutes to get it up to the right temperature to be like medium-rare. 

Served with mashed potatoes, gravy, and green beans.
