Buffalo Chicken Sliders | The Quarantine Cook

INGREDIENTS

- 1 rotisserie chicken

-3/4 cup Franks red hot

-2 Tbsp Ranch dressing 

- 1/2 cup butter

-1/2 packet Ranch seasoning

- Blue cheese & mozzarella 

-Dinner rolls 

METHOD
-Shred rotisserie chicken
-Combine melted butter with 1/2 packet of ranch seasoning
-Mix butter, ranch dressing & franks red hot in bowl (reserve about 1 Tbsp of butter to brush on buns)
-Add shredded chicken to mixture and stir until combined
-Slice buns in half, do not separate individually
-Layer on chicken and top w/ cheese
-brush top of buns w/ remaking butter mixture
-Bake for about 15 mins at 350 until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
