Hasselback Potato | The Quarantine Cook

INGREDIENTS

-Potato

-Butter

-Thyme & Garlic

METHOD
-Slice potato using chopsticks or wooden spoons to prevent slicing all the way through

-Melt butter with thyme and garlic to infuse & add a splash of olive oil

-Generously coat potato with butter, brushing in all the slices

-Bake at 425 deg for 45 min
