-Throw steak in freezer an hour prior to cooking, this will get it nice and hard so we can shave it super thin.
-Thinly slice steak, onions, peppers & garlic
-Put pan on med-high heat with a glug of olive oil
-Throw in onions and peppers and begin to sautee, don't put the garlic in yet to avoid burning
-After about 3-4 mins or when the onions are translucent add in steak.
- Cook for another 3 mins until steak changes color
-Add cheese, cover & steam 30-45 seconds
-Throw everything in a sandwich and eat hot
