The Quarantine Cook: Chili Stuffed Peppers

-Canned Chili
-1/2 Onion
-Pack of ground beef
-Bell peppers

-Slice mushrooms, garlic and onion and sautée in pan on med heat with olive oil
-Add ground beef and cook until browned
-Add can of chili (if you want to make your own chili go nuts, I had the can in the cupboard so I went with it)
-Simmer chili for 15 mins
-Slice peppers in half and remove the white part with a spoon.
-Fill peppers with chili and top with shredded cheese of your choosing
-Bake for 20 mins @ 400 deg
