The Quarantine Cook: Tuna Tacos

-Tuna Steak
-Avocado 1
-Pickled Cabbage 1/2 cup
-Red Onion 1/2
-Cucumber 1/2
-Cilantro 1 bunch
-Scallion 3
-Juice of half a lime
-Salsa Verde 2 Tbsp
-Mayo 1/3 cup
-Sriracha 2 Tbsp
-Sesame oil(or any cooking oil)

-Slice onion, avocado, scallion & cucumber. Mix in bowl with pickled cabbage, salsa verde, lime juice, and cilantro.
-Set slaw in fridge to allow flavors to blend together.
-Generously salt & pepper Tuna Steak.
-Place pan on High heat with a dash of cooking oil, sesame oil if you have it.
-Sear tuna steak for 45 sec-1min on each side. -INSIDE SHOULD STILL BE THAT BEAUTIFUL PINK COLOR. DON’T FUCK THAT UP.
-Cut seared tuna into cubes.
-Stir Sriracha & Mayo together until combined and toss in tuna. Stir until all pieces are coated.
-Warm tortillas on stovetop or oven.
-Build tacos. Start with a soon of the avocado slaw & top with tuna.
-Garnish with fresh cilantro, squeeze of lime & sesame seeds
