20 Dollar Chef - Cream Ravioli Sausage Soup

On this episode of the 20 Dollar Chef, I went with a hardy ass Creamy Ravioli, Sausage Soup. It's a perfect mid-week recipe. Especially on some sort of vacation break. This is a great eat a day later style soup as well. This recipe is extremely easy and quick to make. 

Here are the ingredients you'll need! Thanks for watching:)

1 lb. Italian Sausage 

1 Small yellow onion

2 Celery stalks

2 Large carrots

A few garlic cloves

1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt

A bunch of black pepper ( To your liking.)

Some Italian seasoning 

Some fennel seed

1 6-oz can tomato paste

1/2 cup of dry white wine

1/2 cup flour 

5 or 6 cups of Chicken broth

14 oz. refrigerated cheese ravioli or tortellini

2 cups heavy cream 

A handful of fresh spinach
