We were lucky enough to have recently retired Bruce Arians on PMT today and we went over the story of him drinking paint when he was younger because he thought it would make him tougher. The whole interview was great (listen here) but this story has always an all time classic football guy move, physically can’t drink milk because you are lactose intolerant? fuck it drink some paint, gotta build strong bones somehow.
The story was so preposterous, so gritty, so funny it inspired us to write a rap song that, thanks to Sonny Digital and a fishbowled Atlanta studio, we were able to make a reality.
