The Head Coach of the Green Bay Packers joined Mr. Cat and Mr. Commenter on today's show to discuss this football season, Aaron Rodgers going to jail/prison, game hypotheticals, and much more. The guys also got into it regarding the release of QB Blake Bortles earlier this season. How on Earth could the Green Bay front office and Coach LaFleur make this decision? Matt LaFleur: I love Blake.
Mr. Cat: No, you don't.
Matt LaFleur: I love Blake.
Mr. Commenter: Then why did you fire him?
Mr. Cat: No, you don't.
Matt LaFleur: Hey guys, I just coach the team, I don't pick the players.

Mr. Cat: We love Blake.
Mr. Commenter: We were so happy, I bought a Green Bay Packers Blake Bortles jersey. I might be the only person in the world that has one of those.
Matt LaFleur: I'm going to get one, too. I'm going to wear it next time on here.
Mr. Commenter: What was his affect like on the team when he joined?
Matt LaFleur: Oh, Blake is great. He is great in the room. You know, he's a guy that's played a lot of ball. Certainly, he's got a great relationship with not only Aaron [Rodgers], but our offensive coordinator, Nathaniel Hackett. They won a lot of games together in Jacksonville. So, Blake's a guy that has been around. He's got great experience and he's just a great person to be around each and every day, brings a lot of energy to that room.
Mr. Cat: Sounds like a guy you'd want to have stick around. He's so great, we got rid of him.
Mr. Commenter: It sounds like a guy I would personally stand on the table for him.
Mr. Cat: Yeah, I mean, my daughter's only seven months, but I would love for Blake Bortles to marry her when she's of age.
Matt LaFleur (laughing): That's kind of creepy, man.
Mr. Cat: No, it is. Very creepy. As it was coming out of my mouth, I was like, "Dude, what are you doing? Stop."
Mr. Commenter: But that's what a great guy Blake Bortles is.
Mr. Cat: That's how great of a guy he is.
Mr. Commenter: That's how strongly we feel about him.
If the Packers win the Super Bowl, it's because of the presence Blake Bortles brought to the team in the middle of the season. If the Packers do not win the Super Bowl, it is because they cut Blake Bortles. Plain and simple.
It was cool to see how Coach LaFleur played along with Mr. Cat and Mr. Commenter's feelings on the Packers. You can hate the team, but you can't hate the coach.
