Not trying to be a big pussy but this is one of the more surreal moments in my life. The Bears star linebacker and future of the franchise is just hanging out in Barstool Chicago shooting the shit on Red line Radio? I have absolutely no fucking clue how we got here. What a time to be a live. What a time to be dialed in to Barstool Chicago.
Truth be told I know exactly how it happened.

I couldn’t help myself. I’m obviously talking about our brand new office. But while we’re here, let’s agree that last night’s game was magical. That’s because The Field Of Dreams is, in fact, a magical place. I learned that first hand with WSD the other weekend when we stomped on Dallas & Jared in the first ever RLR vs. Starting 9 Barn Burner.

Others are saying that the Cubs last 45 games will be the longest in baseball history. It may feel like that but I assure you they are meaningless. If you’ve been riding with every pitch the last 6.5 years, now is a good time to go outside and get some fresh air. I’m not advocating for complete and total abandonment but you’ve definitely earned a literal and figurative breather from this shit show. We spend a healthy amount of time this week trying to reconcile these emotions. Briefly, you can expect way more pain for at least the next two seasons. 2024 could be special.

No. But I will talk about the Chicago Police Department. We opened up a charity store on Barstool to sell CPD merch to benefit Ella French. All proceeds go to the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation.
