The Best Point Center In The Country Is Cameron Krutwig Of Loyola University - Chicago, Prove Me Wrong

Ignore the teaser video. In the midst of what's supposed to be the best sports month of the year, Chicago got Andy fucking Dalton dumped on its head by Ryan fucking Pace, and we're not too happy. But that's not what this is about. This is about giving the best PC (point center) in the entire country, Cameron Krutwig, some love.

"But WSD you fat asshole who totally never ran a marathon or threw 91MPH at a White Sox speed pitch, what the fuck is a point center?? That position doesn't exist!!!!"

Wrong. Yes it does. It's not too common, but it exists. Think Joakim Noah circa 2013-14 with the Chicago Bulls. The offense was facilitated by Noah and he was so good at running "point center" that he finished 4th in MVP voting that season. That's Cameron Krutwig to a T.

He's been so good that he's only one of THREE people in Missouri Valley Conference history to amass 1500 career points, 800 career rebounds, and 300 career assists. The other three? You might have heard of them:

Larry Bird
Oscar Robertson
Hersey Hawkins

Three NBA Hall of Famers, no big deal. Pretty good company to be in. But Cameron is a Chicagoland guy through and through too, being from Algonquin and Jacobs HS. Just take one zip through his Twitter profile and you can see that he's as pissed off at the Andy Dalton signing as we all are. That's why we loved having him on the show, he's one of us, and the dude has seen it all in his 4 years of being the Loyal Ramblers stud PC.

And his career could culminate against in state rival Illinois. What a send off that would be - to go from a Final 4 as a freshman to beating the state's flagship university as a senior while captivating an ENTIRE city. That's shit dreams are made of…. so go listen to him tell those stories on Red Line Radio this week.
