I Sat Down For An Interview With Collin Martin, The Only Openly Gay Player In The MLS

Had an awesome time chatting with Collin Martin last week and wanted to upload it to the blog. He’s currently the only openly gay soccer player in the MLS and only the second player in league history to publicly come out as gay. He’s also the only openly gay male athlete in all the major North American professional sports leagues, which is pretty wild when you think about it.

We talked about his story, his team, the Gay Times Magazine cover shoot, and how he unintentionally became a role model for LGBT kids across the country overnight. We also get into the Kevin Hart Oscar controversy, did a celebrity marry/fuck/kill, and get into a bunch of other stuff that you’ll have to listen to to hear.
