SOME IMPORTANT HOUSEKEEPING NOTES:
I know I have been promising some fun stuff like merch and new content ideas for weeks now, so it is about time to start making good on that. Merch will be coming as soon as the World Series wraps up so bear with me on that, but in the meantime here is some other stuff on the content front that might strike your fancy…
1) Speaking of Le Classique, we are teaming up with PSG – aka Paris St. Germain, a big club in France for those who haven’t heard of them – for a game-watch they are hosting in NYC this weekend their big derby against Marseille… so anybody wanting to watch some high quality footie should come on down to Legend’s (at 6th/33rd) on Sunday – kickoff is 4pm ET, and I have absolutely no idea how crowded the place will be but Mikey, Zah and I will be around taking it all in.
2) Julian Gressel, the 2017 MLS Rookie of the Year who is in the midst of another great season (4G/12A) for league leaders Atlanta United, will be doing a takeover of the Sam’s Army Instagram on Saturday as the team travels up to Toronto on their quest to secure the Supporter’s Shield…
