Guys DM The Barstool Smokeshows Account Thinking It’s The Girls And It Makes Me Laugh
As most people know, I have the honor and privilege of running the Barstool Smokeshows account. My days in charge are likely numbered, as Dave wants me to focus more on making content instead of just mindlessly going through pictures of hot girls. I agree with him, and as my days running the account wind down, I’m beginning to appreciate the little things.
For example, one my favorite recurring themes is weird, horny dudes DMing the @barstoolsmokeshows account on Instagram thinking that they’re talking to the girls. I really don’t know their logic behind it. The account clearly posts pictures of thousands of different girls. Yet they’ll DM the account thinking they’re talking to the girl who was just posted, and not realize they’re actually talking to a 22-year-old guy who likes to watch YouTube videos of hot towel shaves. I’m sure they’d be disappointed to find that out.
I wanted to compile some of my favorite DMs from these horny dudes that I’ve received while running the account. They always get a good chuckle out of me. Sometimes if I’m having a down day, I’ll just tell myself they knew they were messaging me, and use their compliments to boost my self-esteem.
I have removed their usernames and even profile pictures for the sake of anonymity. Don’t want to put these poor fellas on blast for just not understanding basic social media features.
So if you’re one of the people reading who have done this move, here are my responses to you guys.

“Beautiful” is such a huge compliment. Guys rarely dole that out. They’ll say “cute” “pretty” or “hot.” But “beautiful”?!? God damn, I must be doing something right.
I’ve actually gained 15 pounds since May and was beginning to feel self-conscious about it. Not anymore!
