Rowdy Teen Tried To Steal Blake Bortles' Truck From A Jaguars Players' Darty

Bortles and several teammates were partying at offensive lineman Brandon Linder’s house when they noticed an uninvited guest roaming around the house, according to WJXT News 4 JAX. Bortles, Linder and offensive lineman Chris Reed stopped Horton inside the home, questioned him and called the police. When police arrived on scene, they questioned Horton, who said he was looking for a former girlfriend. But no one at the party recognized Horton.

Furthermore, police reviewed security camera footage and saw Horton trying to steal Bortles’ wallet (which was later found on the ground) and drive off in his Ford F-150, which was unlocked and had the keys inside, per TMZ. But the truck was blocked in, making an escape in the truck impossible.

I know this story happened yesterday but it took me a while to blog it because I’ve been worried sick about Blake. I needed to make sure that he was ok. Being 18 years old and walking into an NFL lineman’s house in order to rob the BOAT isnt the best idea you could have in Jacksonville.

In Jacksonville, we protect Blake Bortles at all costs. We love him. We cherish him. We dont write nasty blogs about him. And we definitely dont try to steal his truck.

Side note: Blake being a millionaire like 40 times over at this point and cruising around jacksonville in an F150 is the most Blake Bortles thing of all time. Rippin cigs and doing construction, baby. God, I hope this dude wins a Super Bowl at some point.
