This Bowling Trick Shot Broke My Brain

When this video came across my timeline, I thought it was going to be a pretty straight forward trick shot. Maybe this guy spun the dick out of the ball and it somehow knocked down all of the pins in slow motion. Or maybe he threw 2 strikes with fastballs down the heart of the lane and then the slow ball came in and dropped the hammer for the third strike. Nope. This guy clearly dabbles in sorcery like Dr. Strange and made bowling magic out of thin air. In socks no less!

I guess if you can want to be cynical about it, you can say this guy spends every free minute he has at the bowling alley shooting shots like this until one of them hits. But that makes me love this video even more. Being a pin monkey is the dream every American has at one time or another during a trip to the bowling alley. Imagine doing nothing but throwing rocks, drinking cold suds, eating fried food, and dropping Big Lebowski lines? Dreams like that are the reason George Washington gutted out all those cold winters during the Revolution. But doing all that AND finally nailing a trick shot that cost countless hours just so you could kinda go viral on the internet is what life is all about. Kinda related: If I could do anything in video games, it would be to bowl a 300 in Wii Sports. I don’t even want to think of the amount of hours I logged on the Wii while pregaming yet I still couldn’t get that perfect game.
