Disgusting Report: White House Staff "Iced" Each Other In Government Offices

The HillStaffers in the White House office responsible for recruiting political appointees played a drinking game in a government office building near the White House in January, according to a Washington Post report.

The Post reported that the staffers played the drinking game, called “icing,” to celebrate the 30th birthday of the office’s deputy director.

The game involves hiding a bottle of Smirnoff Ice. The rules then require whoever finds the beverage to chug it.

The White House confirmed to the Post that the staffers played the drinking game at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, but insisted that it and other social events, like happy hours, held at the office were not unusual and allowed personnel to network and socialize.

Oh snap we’ve got a bunch of cool ass people in the White House. Icing folks? Cool as fuck. Hopefully next week they’ll play the beer pong or challenge Smitty to a classic shotgunning while playing Fortnite for 37 hours a day with one hand and doing pushups with the other contest. Love me some cool ass activities.

PS — Seriously though, I enjoy watching the Washington Post have to report on things like this. Some in depth journalism on what icing is, how it works, where and when it’s “played” by a bunch of 20-somethings who just so happen to work in the White House. Who cares if they ice each other? It was somebody’s 30th birthday party. They work all week then whip up a couple cocktails or hide a Smirnoff or two at happy hour… like everyone else (that’s cool) in America. I’d be more concerned if the place were littered with stiffs than if it’s relatively normal people doing some normal things.

PPS — Admittedly, I’m gonna need the video of Trump getting iced in the Oval. Need that now.
