The Naval Academy Stadium For The Stadium Series Game Looks GLORIOUS

There’s one word and one word only for how the Naval Academy Stadium looks right now. And that word is

It’s just beautiful. It isn’t in a weirdly shaped baseball stadium, or some gaudy, huge football stadium. It just looks…perfect. 34,000 person capacity for football, sight lines that make sense, and of course the military tie in, I love the way this is looking. The 2nd place Leafs vs the 2nd place (who the fuck do the Flyers think they are stringing together 9 straight wins and taking over first place?) Caps, it should be an amazing experience and game. I think a lot of people were getting outdoor game fatigue, but that picture above has me fired up for the game. And I’m sure there are going to be all sorts of awesome pregame festivities with bald eagles and flyovers and who knows what. Can’t wait til Saturday. #GoCapsBeatCanada
