Source –  Zion Williamson has developed a cult following for a reason, and it’s not just his scoring ability and recent commitment to Duke. It’s just dunking, of course. Let’s just say his senior year playoff opener at Spartanburg Day School didn’t disappoint.

Williamson threw down both a vicious windmill and 360 dunk during the first half of his team’s one-sided, 82-51 victory against Spartanburg Christian at Wofford. The future Blue Devil finished the game with 37 points and 5 rebounds after racking up 23 points and 4 boards in the first half.

Scoring 3000 points for a high school basketball player is a rarity, so congrats to Zion. He’s now amongst the greats like Maryland’s former fourth congressional district congressman, Tom McMillen. The only difference being that Zion is destined for athletic greatness while Tom, was not. Last night was a prime example, the six-foot-eight, two-hundred-and-fifty-five pound senior led his team to an 82-51 victory through a series of ridiculous dunks. Check out the highlights below.

I’d say I’m surprised, but to be honest I’m not. Zion’s been lighting up white private school kids for the past four years. It’ll be interesting to see how he performs next year against guys his own size. No shade to Zion or the kid I’m about to roast, but he hasn’t really had any competition. Case in point:
