There are still plenty of years ahead for Carson Wentz to do something about this, but for right now the “Philly Special” is going to go down as the greatest play in Philadelphia Eagles franchise history. A play that will go down as one of the most memorable moments in Super Bowl history. An undrafted 3rd string running back pitching the ball to a 3rd string undrafted tight end who then threw a touchdown pass to a backup quarterback who contemplated retiring from the game just a couple of seasons prior. All while taking down one of the greatest dynasties this game has ever seen on the game’s biggest stage. Still can’t believe that shit happened and it wouldn’t make any sense to end this week any other way than by giving it an encore.
P.S. – The “Dilly Special” is about to be the hottest trend of the year.
