#TBT To The Time Vikings Legend Brock Lesnar Suited Up And Started Suplexing Everyone

I went to sleep early last night. Talking really early. Sometimes it’s nice to refresh the batteries for a weekend. I did some laundry, tidied up around the apartment a bit, and watched a few episodes of Mad Men. All in all, a pretty relaxing day. Even thought about going to the gym and then made myself a protein shake. Feeling a bit sore today as a result, but that’s what happens when you think about going to the gym as much as I do.

But I digress. Last night before bed I was thinking about Vikings legend, and the reason people wear #69 jerseys to pep rallies, Brock Lesnar. And I was trying to find some good clips of him playing, and that’s when I stumbled upon Nate Burleson waxing poetic about the time Lesnar came to camp and started suplexing Chiefs players left and right. I love it. You can take the man out of the wrestling ring, but you can’t take the wrestler out of the football player. Must be a pretty cool feeling to know that even on a football field of guys who are gigantic human beings, you can still beat up every single one of them up. Today, the Vikings will try and channel their inner Brock Lesnar, often referred to as the heart and soul of the Vikings franchise, and emerge victorious in Philadelphia.
