Rory, Obama, And Golf's Best Instructors Are RAVING About How Good Tiger "Fusion" Woods Looks...

So Tiger played with Obama at the Floridian Saturday. The Floridian, while being a lovely private golf resort in Florida, also plays home to the Harmon learning studio. Butch Harmon is of course Tiger’s former swing coach, and perhaps the most well-respected golf instructor on earth. His son, Claude, works in this biz, and he spoke with Golf Channel insider Tim Rosaforte.

Tim Rosaforte: “Tiger was out at the Floridian late last week, Saturday, to play with the president, Obama… Claude Harmon was there because Butch and Claude have their learning studio there.”

He then quotes Claude.

Claude Harmon: “Tiger looks unbelievable. The first time i’ve seen it up close — I was blown away at how good it was. And personally he’s like a different person too, everybody remarked about it.

Then Rosaforte finishes.

Rosaforte: [Claude said he would] be shocked if Tiger’s not winning this year and be shocked if he didn’t give himself a chance at Augusta.”

Did somebody say “give himself a chance at Augusta”?

Fusion Boy is back next week and people are BUZZING! The positive reviews keep piling up! In just 9 days Tiger kicks off 2018 at Torrey Pines, the site of 8 previous Tiger professional wins. Clearly, the hype train chugs full steam ahead. Maybe more so than it ever has, and for good reason. We saw some GREAT signs in the Bahamas and we’re getting unanimous, overwhelmingly positive reviews from his peers, from instructors, and from both current and former presidents of these United States. Reviews stating not only that Tiger looks great physically, but mentally and socially as well. That he’s happy and chatty.

Oh. Baby.

Claude Harmon isn’t alone. Rory, making a mini comeback of his own this week, remarked on Tiger’s action recently comments:

“This is a different Tiger. He could stun the world – again. When he came back in 2013, all he did was hit a big cut and was getting himself around with his chipping and putting… I tell you what, I’ve never really seen Tiger at that level. He could be the story of the year. I hope he isn’t, I hope I am. But then if Tiger wins just one then he will be the story anyway.”

Oh. Baby.

Even if you take Tiger completely out of it (not outside the realm of possibility, unfortunately), there’s an arsenal of reasons to be giddy for 2018. DJ just destroyed last year’s winners in Hawaii. Rory is back and teasing that he may play as many as 30 events this year. Both he and Spieth will enter majors with a chance to complete the career grand slam. JT is hot off a Tiger-esque season, winning 5 times including a major championship, a FedEx Cup title, a 59, a dazzling P-Cup stomping, and a scintillating third-round 63 at the US Open. Jon Rahm is one of the most impressive and fiery 23-year-olds golf’s ever seen. Rickie is on many’s list to win a major this year. Justin Rose is coming off a BLAZING fall 2017. We haven’t even mentioned J-Day, Koepka, Hideki, Stenson, Sergio, Pat Perez, or our boy Kevin Kisner yet. Or American hero Patrick Reed. Or Patton Kizzire, who won his second event of the season Sunday and joined Fore Play today.

Looking at all this, you realize 2018 is obviously going to be awesome.

Add Tiger, you realize 2018 could be legendary.
