FSU Doesn't Waste Any Time...Replaces Jimbo With Willie Taggart
Jimbo Fisher, out. Willie Taggart, in. 6 years, $30 million, coming off a 7-5 season at Oregon and a 24-25 record at USF. He’s got a reputation as an “up and coming offensive mind” but is 47-50 in his career and never seems to do anything funny to blog about. So, pretty blah all around.
Only thing I remember about Taggart is how he worked his guys so hard he literally put them in the hospital.
So maybe a little blood and sweat will get the Noles back on track.
As for Oregon, they’re left with Mario Cristobal as interim coach and two of their top recruits (Isaiah Bolden and Braden Lenzy) de-commited immediately.
