Vladimir Tarasenko is currently top 10 in the league in both goals and points. You want usually see a guy who makes his living with his hands drop the gloves and square up. But if you’re going to take a shot at his center Brayden Schenn, he has no other option but to kick your ass. Why is that? Because he’s a certified beauty who doesn’t give a friggin’ heck.
Tarasenko ended the night with 2 goals, 2 assists and a fight. Would have been great to get the triple-double there. But that top line for St. Louis ended the night with 12 total points. Schwartz had a goal and 3 assists, Schenn and Tarasenko both put up 2 and 2. That’s sick. 12 total points in an 8-3 win over Edmonton last night and the Oilers are in complete disarray. Only team who might be as disappointing as the Oilers right now, of course, would be the Flyers.
