The Texans Have Signed Both Matt McGloin AND TJ Yates While Our Blacklisted QB Still Sits At Home

Those guys? THOSE GUYS?! Shit just ain’t right.

Matt McGloin, bless him, STINKS. Look at these numbers:

Look at those averages. 3.33 yards per pass??? I will give him credit for that 88.3 QB Rating where he went 23/32 for 142 yards. 142 yards! Not bad!

And then, the Yates of Hell. In his career: 6 TDs, 8 INTs, 7 fumbles. More fumbles than touch downs, problematic!

Meanwhile, this guy sits at home:

And why? Is it collusion? Have the owners really blacklisted him from the league? Am I really supposed to believe GMs genuinely want to stay away from a QB with playoff experience that badly? It just doesn’t make sense.

Guys like Kellen Clemens, Aaron Murray, Garret Gilbert (not to be confused with Blaine Gabbert), and 34 year old ginger ass Brandon Weeden are still on NFL teams, it’s crazy town. But a guy who has completed over 63% of his throws and has a 42:26 TD:INT ratio sits at home. Shit ain’t right.

One day a team will do the right thing. I wish it was the Texans. Bring the kid home. Someone has to do it.
