(Source) Chicago Bears head coach Marc Trestman listed his Winnetka home yesterday, just under 10 months after buying it. Mr. Trestman and his wife, Cynthia, paid $2.94 million for the 14-room home on Maple Street last May 31, according to the Cook County Recorder of Deeds. It came back on the market yesterday with an asking price of just under $3.5 million, 18.9 percent more than they paid for it. “They have decided that it doesn’t work for them,” said listing agent Milena Birov of @properties. “They need a bigger house.” She declined to comment on the rationale behind the asking price. The home is on a quarter-acre lot in Winnetka’s “Tree Streets” neighborhood a short walk from the village’s downtown area. It has six bedrooms, six full bathrooms and a cherry-paneled library, according to the listing sheet prepared by Ms. Birov. There’s also a basement basketball court with the Chicago Bulls logo printed on the floor. The house was built in 2013 by Heritage Luxury Builders, whose principal, Leo Birov, is Ms. Birov’s husband. Mr. Trestman signed on as the Bears’ head coach in January 2013, coming from five years as head coach of the Montreal Alouettes in the Canadian Football League.

Look at Coach Trestman swinging that big old dick around. Love this. Dude just can’t live in such a tiny place anymore. 6 bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a basketball court? What is he poor? Can’t have our coach living in a slum shack like this. Need double digit bed/bath count minimum. 3/10ths of an acre is a joke. That’s almost living next to someone. Disgraceful shit. Take a page out of my book Coach. I don’t even know where my neighbor’s house is, that’s how much land I live on.
