DIRTY TERPS KNOCK OFF TEXAS

The Tom Herman era is off to a HOT start in Texas!

What a game. Started off with a pick 6 and everyone assumed it was over. Not so fast. Tyrrell Pigrome was incredible in his 2nd ever start, going 9/12 for 175 yards and 2 TDs and running for 64 yards and a score before leaving the game with what looked like an injured knee. Suckssss that he got hurt after stunting all over Texas all game, hope he’s ok.

Just an incredible start for Maryland football, on the road, at number 23 Texas. Nobody expected them to go to Austin and win. Nobody. The defense stayed on Buechele all day, the offense ran all over the Longhorns all day, and the better team won. Just an awesome game.

If Piggy’s injury is as bad as it looked, freshman Kasim Hill came in and looked strong. Piggy looked AWESOME though. Everyone knew he had the speed and the game-changing running ability, but man his arm and reads and throws were on point all day. Wishing him a quick recovery.

For now, feels good to go into Texas and leave with the win. Let’s give Durkin all the money. Every last penny. Lock him up long term. Don’t forget, Maryland just brought in a top 25 recruiting class too. Great time to be a Terp.
