These Scenes Out Of Texas Are Absolutely Surreal
Hurricane Harvey smashed into Texas Friday night. It brought winds of 130 mph, making it a category 4 hurricane. How badass was this thing? Well it was the strongest hurricane to make landfall in the United States since Charley in 2004, according to Wikipedia.
2004! It has and continues to wreak havoc on much of Texas, especially Houston. Extreme flooding has taken over the city and created a surreal scene.
