OddsShark Presents Glenny & The Bets

1-2 last week. SAD! Just when I get back on my horse the WNBA tries to bring me down again. It’s become a give and take relationship as, if we’re being honest, it’s been faltering as of late. Last night I bet the Over in the Dream/Lynx game with a total of 165. You know what the final score was? 69-54 Lynx. The Dream scored 2 points in the fourth quarter. TWO. That’s 1 basket. No bueno, friends.

Despite those Women’s National Basketball Association hardships, I’ll still take the 21-7 record over the past 9 weeks. I’m no mathematician, but that has me operating at a solid 75% clip. As Meatloaf should have said: 3 out of 4 ain’t bad. Let’s see if we can keep that pace going this weekend.

  • Storm/Wings Over 174.5
    • Seeing the Wings were playing the Storm tonight was music to my ears. 2 of the best over teams in the league meeting each other in the Lone Star State. They’re a combined 31-17 on the O/U record with the Storm being 6-3 away from home. Buckle up for a whole bunch of points courtesy of Breanna Stewart and the girls.
  • Blue Bombers/Red Blacks Over 57.5
    • Yup, that’s right…I’m making my triumphant return to the CFL. It’s a big Manitoba v. Ontario matchup as Winnipeg is going to visit Ottawa. I admittedly don’t know much about the Canadian Football game aside from the field goal post in the end zone; that doesn’t mean we can’t win some cash. The Blue Bombers are 2-0 on the road O/U so that’s good enough for me. Thin air in Canada’s capital tonight!
  • Rangers/Twins Over 10.5
    • It hurts to take an Over with Big Sexy on the mound. As much as we all know and love him, he’s sporting a 2-9 record with a 7.70 ERA this season. His opponent isn’t too far behind with a 5-9 record and 5.05 ERA. OddsShark says there’s an 82% chance of this going over. I’m sticking with my friends at OddsShark’s prediction.

That’s all for me, folks. As always you can find me on Twitter @glennyballs for questions, comments, and concerns. Win some cash this weekend.
