Corinne Ends Her Investigation And Says She Won't Return To 'Bachelor In Paradise'

Variety- Former “Bachelor in Paradise” contestant Corinne Olympios has ended her investigation into the events that led to production on the ABC reality series being briefly shut down, Olympios announced Thursday. ” I felt victimized by the fact that others were judging me through conflicting and unsubstantiated reports, while I myself had no recollection of the events that transpired,” Olympios said in a statement. “My team’s investigation into this matter has now been completed to my satisfaction. I am also happy about the changes that have been made to the production of Bachelor In Paradise.” She also said she will not return to the series, which has resumed production on Season 4 in Mexico for a planned debut later this summer. Production on Season 4 of the reality series was shut down due to alleged misconduct involving Olympios and fellow contestant Demario Jackson. The allegation was that the pair had a sexual encounter while the cameras were rolling. TMZ reported that Olympios did not consent to sexual contact with Jackson. Jackson was previously a contestant on “The Bachelorette” Season 13, while Olympios appeared on “The Bachelor” Season 21.

Annnnnnnd that’s all she wrote. At least for now. This is not the last we’ve seen of Corinne I’d imagine. But that’s all she wrote on the Corinne/DeMario/Bachelor In Paradise saga that probably shouldn’t have been a saga at all now that we have all the facts. I mean what actually came of this? Nothing. Nothing other than poor DeMario getting his name dragged through the mud for absolutely no reason

How about the balls on Corinne to put this part in her statement about ending the investigation?

Excuse me what? So you just came out and starting throwing accusations around that kinda sorta made it seem like you and DeMario didn’t have consensual sex? Bold move. Very bold move especially when you didn’t know what was on the tapes and still went ahead and made all sorts of statements about what happened. I’m not a lawyer but that makes it sound like DeMario is the victim since zero came away from Warner Bros. investigation and Corinne’s investigation. I’d be PISSED if I were DeMario. If it’s not illegal, it’s reckless. Anyway. I really wish Corinne would’ve decided to go back onto Paradise. That would’ve caused a ridiculous amount of tension. Instead she’s gonna probably start a podcast or sell diet supplements on Instagram. Way less exciting.
