Dana White And Luke Rockhold Getting Into A Twitter Fight Was Very Mature...NOT!

As you all know, Michael Bisping vs Georges St-Pierre was the fight made by the UFC after GSP announced his return to the Octagon. The rest of the Middleweight division didn’t take too well to this, due to them being active and Georges being retired. The last Middleweight Champ, Luke Rockhold, was the most offended by the matchup. He threatened retirement, he threatened going up to Heavyweight where the division wasn’t “held up”, he tried to get every contracted Middleweight in the UFC to retire with him, all of it. It’s been ignored by the higher ups in the UFC until Rockhold tweeted this after the news of Bisping/St-Pierre being cancelled came out…

…seemingly taking credit for that fight getting scrapped. Dana then went off on him and more or less said “Hey bro, you just got your head knocked off in the first round, shut the fuck up.”

I may get a lot of hate for this, but stupid things like this are why I like Dana White. You’d never see Goodell or Bettman get into a high school-esque chirp war on social media, but Dana doesn’t give a fuck. He’ll lash out to the point where he has to write out a tweet in Microsoft Word, screenshot it, and tweet the screenshot. That’s one bad mama jama. I also think Rockhold’s a smug little piece of shit, so I’m biased, but I just think the move by Dana is so great. The only thing that’d make it better is if he instituted a 365-day Noogie on the California native’s head. He deserves it, after all, he was threatening his boss. “Think before you run your mouth” are fighting words.
