On Episode 81 of the Section 10 Podcast, we open things up with a throwback discussion about Kevin Youkilis having to leave a game with “intestinal turmoil” which brought back memories of Chan Ho Park telling reporters that he had diarrhea. Obviously we had to address the Jon Lester shit from yesterday and provide some clarity to that whole dumpster fire, and then we hit on the Red Sox starters from this past week — how Drew Pomeranz far exceeded our expectations, Steven Wright getting his doors blown off, and Eduardo Rodriguez looking good but not great.
We also discuss old friend Clay Buchholz and his most recent injury that has him seeking out an opinion from the grim reaper himself, Dr. James Andrews. A pretty heated debate broke out over the Jose Fernandez statue, which was another hot button topic on Barstool yesterday. And we gave our thoughts on the new Boston Sports Tonight show that CSN recently debuted.
