Just an all time reaction from Chris Hassel’s dad there. Losing his damn mind when Jordan Bohannon put the nail in the coffin. Don Hassel was every Iowa basketball fan last night. We don’t know if the Hawks are going to tourney so last night might’ve been our Super Bowl and fans celebrated like it was. This hasn’t been the greatest season of Iowa hoops but it certainly has been more fun than people anticipated. Their last two wins consist of thumping Maryland on the road and then beating Wisconsin on the road. Two pretty damn big wins for a super young team. Everybody thought the Maryland game was gonna be the signature win of this season. And then Iowa came storming back/Wisconsin pissed it down their leg in the late stages last night and Jordan Bohanon dragged his giant balls across Madison. Good times.
