A little shocking to be honest. I expected A+’s across the board, but then again he is a politician. Once you become president you’re a politician and when you’re a politician you know the answer: what you are doing is perfect, it’s simply the way it’s being explained that isn’t perfect. A classic, flawless answer. If we’re grading his answer on his grades we’re grading that answer an A+. My effort is perfect. My achievements are perfect. Just the way that people have interpreted it and the way my people have communicated it is not perfect, that’s it.
Again, sort of expected Donnie to say straight A+’s and demand they open up a spot on Mount Rushmore, but he knows politics. By this point he’s got it down. This answer’s like copying your buddy’s homework but making sure you change a few answers to keep them guessing. Always leave room for improvement.
