Woman Who Fell Down The Stairs Lost Her Lawsuit Because She Is Fat And Drunk
Independent - A woman lost a civil case against Ronnie Scott’s jazz club after a judge ruled her treacherous fall down two flights of stairs occurred because she was drunk, obese and careless.
Eren Hussein was seeking thousands in damages from the world famous club after breaking her wrist and elbow after a party at the venue in 2012. However Judge Heather Baucher QC threw out her civil claim and instead accused her of not taking due care, referencing her 18-stone frame and platform heels.
“Mrs Hussein, at 115kg, must have taken up much of the width of the stairway. But for some inexplicable reason, she did not use the handrail,” Judge Baucher said.
“In her inebriated, obese state on three-inch platforms, that would be an obvious, simple step for anyone presented with what they saw as a hazard,” she said.

Hah this fat drunk bitch. Thought she could dance at the club without a care in the world, take a tumble down 2 flights of stairs, and then sue the club for it? Nope! Get outta here with that. Shout out to the judge for straight up calling her too fat to function. Every month it seems someone successfully sues for an outrageous reason- the boiling hot coffee was too hot and burnt someone’s pussy, the haunted house was too scary and caused emotional distress, the crystal meth wasn’t pure enough and caused an OD. But finally we can score one for the good guys.

And the thing is, I get how hard stairs can be. I weigh a buck 50 and when I see a flight of stairs when I’m devastatingly drunk at the bar, it’s like playing a video games vs the end boss. You stare at this flight of stairs, take deep breaths, and then go for the gold. I know if I trip and fall, that was part of the agreement I made when I downed my 8th RBV of the night.
So respect to the judge for saying if you bring your fat and drunk ass to the club, you better be ready to handle something as simple as the stairs. This 253 pound woman was simply too fat, and she broke every bone in her body, and the judge said she deserved it. Good for him.
