Always A Fan Of A Goalie Goal No Matter How Shitty The Defense Is
A wise man once said “beggars can’t be choosers”. Pretty sure it was Socrates or Vanilla Ice or someone like that. Anyway, that quote applies heavily to this video right here. I mean, was the ride from Santa Clara here one of the most abysmal performances in lacrosse history. I guess that’s the difference between MCLA ball and NCAA ball. But regardless of how gross the defense was here, I’m not going to not get hype over a goalie goal. Whether it’s hockey, lacrosse, soccer, quidditch, whatever. A goalie goal just does something for me. It gets me going. Gets the blood flowing. In this terrible, horrible, no good, very bad world we live in today, it’s nice to know that good things can still happen. So shoutout to this goalie and let’s hope he doesn’t have to buy himself any drinks this weekend. He’s earned himself a few rounds from the boys.
