This was weird.

Let’s be perfectly honest here, both of these teams are significantly flawed. They both have weaknesses in significant areas, most notably on the Defensive side of the ball, and they’re both far from playing top end football. But I said yesterday that come Tuesday morning the Bears would be in a wins and losses tie with the Lions and I believe that. Give me the home team, in the weather they’re used to playing in, against a team that historically plays like shit in December. I like those chances. The Bears just can’t lose this game. Not when Ditka’s number is being retired, not when we lost Derek the Deer this morning, not when Alex Morgan just got engaged and Mark Prior just retired, it just can’t happen.
