If you know you can’t beat the breathalyzer, you do what you gotta do to survive. This isn’t your pappy’s world where a copper would pull you over shitfaced, give you a verbal spanking, then drive you home. DUI’s in today’s day and age are no joke. An automatic $5K+ kick to the dick. And I’m not condoning drinking and driving one bit. In fact, it’s one of the stupidest things a common, good person can do that’ll royally fuck them over for life. Imagine driving buzzed then accidentally having an innocent fender bender that results in a victim getting whiplash and croaking? That’s vehicular manslaughter 101. So just don’t do it.

However, if you do find yourself in the situation of getting pulled over, do what you’re supposed to do and throw out your stats. I’m sure that won’t result in a 7-year run from the law or anything.
