Jimmy Kimmel Did An NFL Edition Of Mean Tweets Just In Time For The Super Bowl

I’ve always been a big fan of these mean tweet videos because they almost always deliver. I guess it’s the reason roasts are so great. Watching someone read a blurb that could rip their heart out of their chest on national TV is so simple yet so great.

I mean I’m pretty sure that after last night, the Google autocomplete for DeMarco Murray is going to be “dick choker” or “throat fuck”.

I learned that Joey Bosa actually has a face. I’m not sure what I thought was under his helmet this season. I guess I figured he was either a white robot sent to play football or Lattimer from The Program.

But the thing that concerned me is that I think the people at Kimmel may be lobbing some softballs toward some of the players. I mean I’ve seen at least a billion meaner tweets about Russell Wilson than this over the last year. Who actually makes a short joke about Russell Wilson in 2017? That’s like passing on a steak or chicken dinner for some Tic Tacs.

And I knooooow there are at least 100 billion meaner JJ Watt tweets, even if you don’t include the ones that start with “Uhhhhh JJ”. Searching JJ Watt + corny probably gives you a billion results.

However this on was spot on. I don’t think Kimmel could have even found a softball for Norman since I’m pretty sure the entire internet outside of Redskins fans hate his ass. It’s actually kind of impressive when you think about it.
